About Hotline Facilitators

The hotline is staffed by volunteers who give their time selflessly to support you in experiencing The Work and answering your questions.

Each volunteer has completed the nine-day School for The Work with Byron Katie. They want to share the power of The Work within you and answer any questions you have about doing The Work.

The volunteers are not necessarily mental health professionals and are no substitute for professional assistance.

Calling the Hotline

Your anonymity is important. You do not have to give your name, though you may choose to do so.

You must call direct. No collect calls will be accepted.

You are free to call any one of the people listed during the days and hours they list as being available. Please do not call them at any other time unless you have their direct permission.

We understand there may be times when you aren’t able to reach a volunteer, and we appreciate your patience. If you do not reach the facilitator because the line is busy or it goes to voice mail, you may leave a message with your phone number. The volunteer may or may not be able to return your call.
